New contract role I am looking for a Senior UX / Product Designer for a 6-month contract, working on complex customer journeys for a large consumer brand. The key thing we are looking for is experience designing post-purchase / post-booking journeys, particularly where customers need to make changes or something has not quite gone to plan. You will need to be strong across UX, research, journey mapping and service design, and comfortable getting hands-on with the design work. Experience within travel, transport or another complex B2C environment would be really relevant. London Up to £530/day 6 months Outside IR35 No sponsorship or relocation available.
