Senior Service Designer- £500–£600/day I am currently looking for a hands-on Senior Service Designer to join a Product and Platform team within a major UK retailer. Paddington, London – 2–3 days onsite per week Start: Early October 3-month contract, with potential to extend to 6 months Looking for: Strong retail Service Design experience – essential Omnichannel, ecommerce and physical retail experience Strong discovery, research and interviewing skills Complex service blueprinting and journey mapping Experience with internal systems/platforms Strong stakeholder engagement and mapping Hands-on, delivery-focused approach, able to hit the ground running No people management required, this is a hands-on delivery role.
