Hello Austinites! I’m hiring a Lead Designer for our Scheduling Automation and Intelligence team. This is the most 0-to-1 problem Scheduling has tackled in recent memory. I’m looking for someone with deep experience in interaction and service design. The role is predominantly patient-facing, but its success depends on how the experience works across channels and leverages the inner workings of athenahealth’s monolith and admin experiences.
