I’m looking for a freelance Lead Designer to join my team for approximately 29 hours per week. The work includes: • Top-editing creative work from other designers • Training and mentoring freelance designers • Creating graphic templates, design systems, and reusable assets • Developing custom imagery and illustrations for special projects • Helping maintain visual consistency across a portfolio of health and wellness brands The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing hands-on design work with creative leadership and feedback.
