I have a former co-worker who is starting a new company and is looking for a founding designer. Someone who can come in from the beginning and in be a strategic leader via design. To start, it’ll be a small team so this person will need to wear all of the hats, but this is not a job where you’re taking orders – you’re helping shape the product.
