Coming off the heels of our search for a Senior Designer, we’re also starting to put feelers out for a Footwear Designer with deep experience in high-performance athletic footwear. This would be a contract role focused on both: • Indoor training footwear (HIIT / functional fitness / CrossFit)• Outdoor performance footwear (trail running / rucking / off-road) Looking for someone with 7–10 years of experience designing and tech-packing high-performance athletic shoes from concept through development. Experience with brands like Salomon, Arcteryx, The North Face, Nike, New Balance, Flux, Adidas, etc. is a major plus.
