I posted a design contract about 10 hours ago and somehow we’re already at 500+ applicants. The plot twist: a concerning number of them appear to have either: Easy Applied without reading the description Ignored very simple application instructions Submitted work that clearly doesn’t match the role Or, my personal favorite, had bots call my actual phone number, which is… mildly terrifying For a contract where being detail-oriented is literally part of the job, this has been a fascinating user test.
