Looking for a designer who can do it all. Motion graphics. Landing pages. Ad creative. Full funnel builds for DTC campaigns. Not looking for someone who makes things pretty. Looking for someone who makes things convert. You should understand direct response. You should know why a hero section matters more than a logo. You should be able to take a campaign from concept to creative to launch without needing your hand held.
