This will be an 11:00 – 20:00 expectation, more commonly than not. The what: We are looking for a Designer who knows technology, or a Technologist who knows design, intimately. You will have hands-on experience with AI, beyond a well-orchestrated prompt. And if you happen to have experience at all with internal systems, specifically HR-oriented, that is a bonus.
