I’m working with Joanna Belcher to hire a Vice President to launch KIPP’s Executive Director Accelerator (KEDA), a new leadership program designed to build a strong pipeline of future Executive Directors across KIPP’s 28 regions. This leader will design and launch KIPP’s first-ever Executive Director leadership pipeline, identifying future EDs, building a fellowship experience, and supporting new EDs as they step into leadership roles across the KIPP national network.
