My husband Frank usually keeps his birthdays lowkey. For his 30th, I wanted to do something a little special, so I designed him an interactive birthday website. The question I kept coming back to was: how do I make this feel like Frank, and not just a website about Frank? A few decisions came out of that: A live leaderboard.
