You would lead the design of the tool our marketing teams and external partners use to take an asset from brief to finished. There is no spec waiting for you: you would explore what the product should become, make the case for it and ship it. We are a small, senior design chapter inside Beauty Tech, working in cross-functional squads with product, engineering and data involved from the start.
