Hey, I am looking for an experienced, UX focused Product Designer for a six month eCommerce contract starting September time. You will be working on an exciting project improving the post booking experience, particularly when things do not go to plan, as well as the wider customer journey before and after travel. A good understanding of the operational side of eCommerce or travel would be useful, alongside strong user research and usability testing skills. This is very much a UX focused Product Design role. Having a portfolio that demonstrates strong eCommerce is very important for this contract.
