Requirements include: 8–10+ years of graphic design experience. Strong packaging and design systems experience, with an understanding of how to bring physical products from concept through production. Deep expertise in dielines, print production, and preparing artwork for manufacturing. Ability to manage quick-turnarounds on creative requests without sacrificing quality. Strong collaboration and project management capabilities.
