Ideally, a visual/UI designer with mobile app experience. Someone who designs actual app screens, not just print or logos. A product designer is even better since they handle the UX flows too, but visual is the priority. Skills wise they need to be strong in Figma and Adobe creative suit. That’s non negotiable.
