I am on the hunt for a freelance senior digital designer. The short version: someone fluent in Figma who designs across web, email, and display and hands off clean work developers can actually build from, with a real handle on tokens and complex design systems. Email design matters here too, the kind that holds up across clients, and so does genuine ADA accessibility. Pharma or regulated experience is a plus, not a must.
