We are hiring an Editor / Motion Designer for ProxyLLM. This role is for someone who cuts short-form video with taste, strong hooks, and tight pacing. The format is vertical split-screen: motion graphics on top, speaker on the bottom. Success means reels where the first three seconds hold attention, captions land on the beat, and each project becomes easier to reuse. You will edit 1080×1920, 30fps reels and design type and motion around spoken-word timing. You will also help build a shared component and motion library so future reels start from a system, not a blank timeline.
