We are looking for a freelance Product Designer to support our Digital Team in turning complex ESG requirements into practical, intuitive solutions. Skills and experience required: ➡️ 3+ years in UX/product design, ideally with data-heavy or dashboard-driven products ➡️ A strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and clean, accessible UI ➡️ Experience translating complex data (sustainability metrics, reporting frameworks) into intuitive user experiences ➡️ Proficiency in Figma; comfortable working across design systems ➡️ Familiarity with ESG concepts or regulatory reporting (GHG, CSRD, GRI) is a plus ➡️ The ability to use AI tools and prompting to accelerate research synthesis, ideation, and content generation.
