Collaborate with Innovation Team, HR, and IT to reimagine the applicant experience using human-centered design. You Bring: • 10+ years in UX/UI design, human-centered design, or digital product leadership • Strong portfolio showcasing research, wireframes, flows, and visual design work • Proficiency in Figma, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite + basic HTML • Experience facilitating workshops & managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects • Government/public-sector experience & PeopleSoft familiarity (plus!)
